Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage the overall operations of a jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery sales, team management, customer handling, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
- Handle premium customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion, footfall, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, billing, and showroom documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with HO, marketing, accounts, and other departments as required.




- Train team members on jewellery products, sales techniques, and customer service.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail/sales.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Store Head, Retail Manager, or similar role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, especially gold, diamond, and bridal jewellery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage showroom operations independently.
