Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of end-to-end full-stack applications with AI capabilities.
- Architect scalable and maintainable frontend and backend solutions.
- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using up-to-date frontend technologies.
- Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into business applications.
- Work with LLM APIs, AI services, embeddings, RAG, and intelligent application workflows.
- Design APIs and services for seamless integration between AI components and enterprise applications.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution decisions.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Identify technical risks and drive resolution of complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor and guide developers and contribute to team capability building.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive POCs and evaluate emerging AI and software development technologies.
- Monitor production applications and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and deployment practices.





Required Skills :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong backend development experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and application security.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, and modern development practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Exposure to AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms and serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of MLOps or AI application monitoring.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
