Job Summary

Bangalore Sales Corporation is looking for a responsible and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to manage and supervise a team of approximately 30 production employees.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day production activities, manpower allocation, productivity, quality, safety, discipline, and achieving production targets on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30 production employees.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
- Monitor daily production and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift allocation, and work performance.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain daily production records and shift-wise production reports.
- Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and operational issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure employees follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Train and guide workers on productivity, quality, safety, and work methods.




- Coordinate with Stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team.
- Conduct proper shift handovers and communicate pending activities.
- Maintain discipline and a productive work environment among employees.
- Escalate major production, quality, manpower, or safety issues to management.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Shop Floor Supervisor.
- Experience handling a team of 20–30+ employees is preferred.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong leadership and manpower-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet daily production targets.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Knowledge of 5S, quality, and workplace safety.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Relevant hands-on manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on and proactive supervisor who can independently manage a production team of around 30 employees, maintain discipline, monitor productivity, and ensure smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
