About Micromini

Micromini is a fast-growing gaming and e-commerce brand offering gaming consoles, accessories, toys and premium imported products through our Shopify website and leading marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Shopify Expert who can independently manage, improve and grow our online store.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the Micromini Shopify store.
- Upload and update products, collections, variants, images, prices and inventory.
- Create professional, mobile-friendly and conversion-focused product pages.
- Improve website design, navigation, speed and overall customer experience.
- Install, configure and manage Shopify apps and integrations.
- Set up discount codes, bundles, upsells, cross-sells and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, metadata and URLs for SEO.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rate, abandoned checkouts and sales performance.
- Integrate and troubleshoot payment gateways, shipping partners and tracking tools.
- Manage Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Identify and fix website errors, broken links, checkout issues and app conflicts.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design and content teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Suggest and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate and repeat purchases.
- Manage basic HTML, CSS and Liquid customizations when required.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.
- Good knowledge of Shopify themes, apps,



collections and product management.
- Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Google Merchant Center.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and e-commerce customer journeys.
- Ability to troubleshoot Shopify, payment, shipping and application-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive written English and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant Shopify or e-commerce experience.
- Experience managing gaming, electronics, toys or consumer-product websites.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Experience with email marketing, WhatsApp automation or Shopify Flow is preferred.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the website—not just someone who uploads products. The right candidate should actively identify problems, recommend improvements and implement strategies that increase sales and improve the customer experience.
