Shadow Teacher

Location: HRM Global School, Pitampura

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Shadow Teacher to provide individualized academic, behavioural, and social support to assigned students in the school setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-to-one support to assigned students during classroom activities.
- Assist assigned students in understanding and completing academic tasks.
- Support the development of social, communication, and behavioural skills.
- Help assigned students follow classroom routines and school instructions.
- Coordinate with class teachers, special educators,



counsellors, and parents as required.

Requirements

- Graduate in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience working with children requiring individual learning or behavioural support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and responsible.
