Role Overview :

As a ServiceNow IRM Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for our clients' risk and compliance ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between complex regulatory requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is optimized to manage enterprise risk effectively. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including C-suite executives, IT security teams, and business process owners, you will translate business needs into scalable, automated workflows that enhance organizational resilience and transparency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy end-to-end Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline compliance monitoring and risk assessment processes for enterprise clients.
- Lead the configuration and customization of GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management, to align with specific industry regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with IT security and business stakeholders to identify control gaps and automate remediation workflows, significantly reducing the time required for audit preparation.
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow IRM with existing IT infrastructure and third-party security tools to provide a unified view of the organization's risk posture.




- Mentor junior developers and consultants on best practices for platform architecture, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
- Facilitate workshops with client leadership to define risk appetite, control frameworks, and reporting requirements that drive informed decision-making.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 8 - 10 years of professional experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in IT Compliance, Security Risk Management, and IT Risk frameworks, with the ability to map these to technical platform requirements.
- Exhibit solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex regulatory mandates into actionable technical configurations.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including the ability to articulate technical risk concepts to non-technical business leaders.
- Maintain a high level of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment across our Bangalore and Pune offices, collaborating seamlessly with distributed teams.
- Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining current knowledge of platform updates and industry-leading risk management practices.
