Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Salesman to join our retail footwear store. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a excellent in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable footwear based on their needs
Maintain product display and store cleanliness
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing and basic cash transactions
Manage stock on shelves and report shortages
Provide excellent customer service and build repeat customers
Requirements:
Prior retail or sales experience preferred (footwear/apparel is a plus)
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
