We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our UK-based process. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document interactions and update records in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
Requirements
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile
Experience in voice or blended process (BPO preferred)
Confident and professional communication
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
