Craft Elevated Non-Alcoholic Experiences at The Primo

The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a recent hospitality venue opening soon in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique restaurants offering Asian Peruvian, North African Levantine, and Progressive Indian cuisines. We are looking for creative and service-focused Beverage Bartenders to lead our non-alcoholic beverage program across the restaurants.

The Role: Beverage Bartender

As a Beverage Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an exceptional range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, craft sodas, iced teas, cold brews, juices, and zero-proof cocktails. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience with visually appealing, thoughtfully balanced drinks that complement each cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency
Develop a robust understanding of ingredients, pairings, and presentation styles
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar area and workstations
Refill and rotate ingredients, garnishes,



and beverage supplies daily
Suggest and recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu pairing
Collaborate with chefs to create drinks that align with each restaurant’s theme
Support inventory tracking, stock requisitions, and waste management
Uphold excellent guest interaction and service standards

Ideal Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience as a bartender or beverage steward in a hotel, café, or upscale restaurant
Strong knowledge of mocktails, coffee-based beverages, and modern non-alcoholic drink trends
Well-versed in flavor profiles, seasonal ingredients, and visual presentation
Confident in guest-facing roles, with strong communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
Detail-oriented, creative, and disciplined in service
Open to learning and working in a multi-concept, high-volume setting
