· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
· Ensure accurate Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and system updates.
· Supervise inward quality checks and report discrepancies immediately.
· Manage product damage, shortage, and transit-related claims, and coordinate timely documentation and submission of claims to Siemens for resolution and recovery.
· Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts.
· Implement stock cover norms and coordinate replenishment requirements with National Supply Chain Manager.
· Coordinate with TPL partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery performance.
· Monitor last-mile delivery timelines and resolve service delays.
· Ensure proper documentation for inter-state stock transfers and GST compliance.
· Supervise e-way bill generation and dispatch documentation accuracy.
· Monitor inventory ageing and flag slow-moving or excess stock.
· Ensure secure storage practices and compliance with warehouse safety norms.
· Oversee reverse logistics processes for damaged or returned goods.
· Maintain coordination between warehouse and finance for stock reconciliation.
· Implement ERP/WMS discipline and ensure accurate data entry.
· Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily operational tasks.
· Conduct periodic operational audits and compliance checks.
· Monitor transportation costs and identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
· Escalate operational risks or capacity constraints to National Supply Chain Manager.
Support expansion of current warehouse operations in current states when required.
