We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations & Production Head to lead our manufacturing, production, and technical operations for hydraulic tools and equipment. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the design, assembly, production, testing, and quality control of hydraulic products. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end production while driving operational efficiency and ensuring product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee production, operations, and manufacturing activities.
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Manage the complete manufacturing process of hydraulic tools and equipment.
Supervise production teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, sales, and engineering departments.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to production and product performance.
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and operations.
