Role Description
The Tech Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The Tech Manager will oversee technical operations and maintenance activities across client facilities, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical support teams,



coordinating engineering and maintenance tasks, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Tech Manager will plan and supervise projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to solve technical issues, and support research and development initiatives to enhance service offerings. This role also involves implementing best practices in safety, compliance, and quality, while mentoring team members and ensuring effective resource utilization.

Qualifications
Solid analytical skills to assess technical issues, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
Proven team management experience, including leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with operations staff.
Hands-on technical support capabilities, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve facility-related technical problems.
