About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, including mid-to-senior and leadership hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive timely closures.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS/HRMS records.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment.
Experience in leadership hiring and stakeholder management preferred.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a quick-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
