Position: Sales Manager – Raja Prime Garden (Premium Plotted Development)

Reporting To: General Manager – Sales / Business Head

Job Summary

Raja Prime Garden is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for its premium plotted development in Mysuru. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing channel partners, conducting site visits, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of residential plots and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

* Generate leads through channel partners, digital campaigns, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and direct marketing.

* Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective customers.

* Build and manage a solid network of real estate brokers and channel partners across Mysuru and nearby markets.





* Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries and maximize lead-to-booking conversion.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.

* Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and registration teams for seamless customer onboarding.

* Assist customers with pricing, documentation, loan processing, registration, and post-sales support.

* Organize promotional events, property exhibitions, and weekend site visit campaigns.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing in the Mysuru real estate market.

* Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly MIS, and Monthly Performance Reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

* 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotted developments or residential projects.

* Solid understanding of the Mysuru real estate market.
