Role summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive (ATL & BTL) to drive ad sales, media planning, and business development across traditional and non-traditional media channels. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in media ad sales across Radio, Television, Print/Newspapers, and Outdoor (OOH/DOOH) Media, alongside core expertise in Media Buying and Strategic Media Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Ad Sales: Sell advertising spaces across Radio, TV, Newspaper, and Outdoor (OOH).
Media Buying & Planning:



Create campaign budgets, plan ad slots, and negotiate best ad rates with media owners.
BTL Campaigns: Plan and execute ground activations, event sponsorships, and local branding.
Client Pitching: Connect with brands, corporate clients, and media agencies to close ad deals.
Execution: Manage End-to-End campaign setup (Release Orders, ad schedules, and post-campaign proofing).

Requirements:
Proven experience in Radio, TV, Print, or Outdoor ad sales.
Valuable understanding of Media Buying & Planning (ATL).
Solid connections with ad agencies and local/regional clients.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
