Job Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities across multiple countries and universities.
Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable courses and destinations.
Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
Follow up with assigned leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets in a target-driven environment.
Provide accurate information on universities, visa processes, scholarships, and intake periods.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth application processing.
Maintain updated student records and follow-up activities using CRM or internal systems.
Stay informed about the latest study abroad trends, university updates, and immigration policies.
Participate in educational events,



seminars, and promotional activities to generate student leads.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive counselling experience for every student.
