Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with customer schedules.
Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery commitments, and productivity goals.
Monitor line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, Stores, and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Manufacturing Operations
Manage SMT, Manual Assembly, THT, Box Build, Testing, and Packaging operations.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), line efficiency, yield, and throughput.
Minimize downtime through effective coordination with the Maintenance team.

Quality Management
Ensure compliance with IPC standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements.
Work closely with the Quality team to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





Process Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify prospects for cycle time reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement.
Optimize production processes to improve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators.
Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with EHS policies and statutory regulations.
Promote secure working practices and maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements, where applicable.

Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
