About the Role

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while managing a team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Guide the team throughout the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure prompt follow-up with prospective clients and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily team meetings,



sales planning, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives and improve team productivity.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in a real estate company.
Proven experience in handling and leading a team of Sales Executives.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a quick-paced environment.
