We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager Operations / Production to lead our manufacturing operations, drive operational excellence, and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Operations
Lead and manage overall factory operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Production Management
Plan, monitor,



and optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality compressor spare parts.
Maximize production efficiency, machine utilization, and workforce productivity.
Oversee CNC machining operations and manufacturing processes.
Manage production budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Quality & Safety
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
Establish and monitor quality control systems and inspection processes.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Promote a robust culture of workplace safety and operational discipline.

Supply Chain & Procurement
Develop solid relationships with suppliers and strategic vendors.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and consumables.
