The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our training programs, and converting inquiries into admissions. The candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses and career prospects.
Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and recommend suitable training programs.
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, batches, certifications, and placement support.
Address queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.

Lead Management
Follow up on inquiries received from digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM or admission system.




Convert inquiries into admissions by providing timely guidance and follow-ups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Admission Process
Guide students through the admission and registration process.
Assist in document collection, fee payment, and enrollment formalities.
Coordinate with the operations and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing students.
Maintain regular communication with leads until enrollment.
Ensure a positive admission experience and high student satisfaction.

Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
Track admission performance and provide feedback to improve conversion rates.
