Maintain accurate customer records and complete KYC documentation.
Follow banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.
Prepare daily reports and maintain customer follow-up records.
