Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across all departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across the organization.
Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary within company guidelines and release offer letters.
Ensure timely joining and coordinate pre-boarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,
and hiring MIS reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment when required.
Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines.
Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
