About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our clients' online visibility and organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a robust understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and content optimization. You will work closely with the content, web development, and marketing teams to drive sustainable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for search engines.
Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance, crawlability, and indexing.
Monitor and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and broken links.
Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink building.
Track, analyze,



and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content aligned with target keywords.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
