Job Title: Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of civil works.
Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project standards, and statutory requirements.
Attend site meetings and report project status to management.
Support timely project completion within budget and quality standards.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
5 to10 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
Positive communication and leadership skills
