We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre In-Charge to oversee the overall operations, academics, admissions, and business development of our aviation academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring student satisfaction, achieving enrollment targets, and maintaining compliance with academic and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
Ensure smooth delivery of courses (BBA Aviation, BTTM, IATA Diploma, etc.)
Maintain academic quality and compliance with university/industry guidelines
Coordinate with faculty and ensure effective class scheduling

Admissions & Business Development
Drive student admissions and achieve enrollment targets
Counsel students and parents regarding aviation and travel & tourism courses
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners

Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage academic and administrative staff




Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews
Foster a positive and skilled work workplace

Student & Stakeholder Management
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
Address student queries, concerns, and grievances
Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and certification bodies

Administration & Reporting
Manage centre budgets, expenses, and basic financial reporting
Prepare regular performance and admissions reports for management
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Aviation, Management, Education, or related field preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education management, aviation training, or related fields
Robust knowledge of aviation, travel & tourism, or hospitality education
Proven leadership, communication, and counseling skills
