About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead the development and enhancement of a mature enterprise web application built on ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework 4.6), C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will work closely with international clients, lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and drive delivery while maintaining high coding standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript-heavy UI development, complex SQL Server programming, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise web applications.
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate directly with overseas clients to gather requirements, discuss technical solutions, provide project updates,



and resolve issues.
Lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Develop and maintain complex business workflows within the application.
Build and maintain highly interactive, multi-step web forms with extensive client-side validation.
Ensure application performance, stability, and maintainability.
Estimate development efforts and participate in sprint planning.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts, and Project Managers for successful project delivery.
