The Bakery Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards. The role also involves developing cutting-edge bakery products, improving existing recipes, controlling production quality, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
1. Research & Development (R&D;) Bakery Chef
The most widely used industry designation. Responsible for researching, developing, testing, and improving current cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and other bakery products.
