Fenman Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Magnet Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales of industrial magnets and magnetic solutions across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B industrial sales, robust relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate magnetic products for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and digital lead generation.
Identify and develop customers in manufacturing industries, OEMs, engineering companies, automation companies, and industrial distributors.
Promote and sell industrial magnets, magnetic assemblies, and customized magnetic solutions.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable magnet products based on technical requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers,



distributors, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and customer meetings to demonstrate product capabilities and applications.
Coordinate with the technical, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline, customer database, and CRM records.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding customer payments.
Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer events to generate business opportunities.
