Designation: Store Manager

Role Summary: The Store Manager will be responsible for overall store performance, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and leading a high-performing retail team while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets
Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, billing, and visual merchandising
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high productivity and service excellence
Build solid customer relationships and ensure high repeat business
Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution aligned with brand values
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
Coordinate with HO teams (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain)
Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control,



and stock accuracy
Maintain grooming, display, and visual standards as per luxury brand guidelines

Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail (mandatory)
Proven experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills
Sales-driven mindset with robust customer orientation
Excellent knowledge of jewellery retail operations and CRM
Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned personality

Preferred:
Experience with premium or heritage jewellery brands
Local market knowledge of Indore

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
