Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (0–2 Years Experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Monitor the performance and condition of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and support repair activities.
Allocate maintenance tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service records.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
Inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of current equipment.
Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
Report maintenance issues, downtime, and improvement recommendations to management.




Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in maintenance work areas.
Assist senior engineers in planning maintenance strategies and projects.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or facility management (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with MS Office and basic maintenance documentation.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
