Zudu AI builds human-like enterprise voice agents. Our AI agents handle inbound and outbound calls across sales, support, appointment booking, collections, and follow-ups for enterprise clients.

The role

This is not a normal marketing, sales, or operations internship.

We are hiring for how quick you learn, not what you already know. You will work directly with the founder on real business problems. One week you might build an AI-assisted account research workflow. The next week you might turn customer calls into a content campaign, fix CRM follow-ups, or automate an internal process.

Your operating cycle is straightforward: Learn. Build. Test. Measure. Document.

What you will work on
Growth: customer and competitor research, case studies, founder-led content, vertical campaigns for healthcare, BFSI, and BPO
Sales: target account lists, personalised outbound systems, CRM follow-up automation,



call analysis, sales playbooks
Operations: AI-assisted workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make), dashboards, SOPs, internal reporting

You will own one transparent outcome at a time. The problems will come from every department.

Who this is for
Final-year students and freshers. Any degree. Coding helps but is not required.
People who teach themselves things and actually build with them.
People comfortable using AI tools every day.
People willing to talk to customers and be measured on results.
