About Us

George Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium UPVC Windows & Doors. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Field Sales Executive team.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups.
Generate new business opportunities through builders, architects, dealers, contractors, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Review sales performance and conduct weekly team meetings.
Train and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.
Coordinate with production, estimation,



and project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor enquiry conversion and sales pipeline.
Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Manager role.
Experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, Glass, or related industries is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Kerala.
