Job Description
Job Title: BESS Sales Executive (Inverter & Battery Sales)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for inverter and battery products in the assigned territory
Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities in residential,



commercial, and institutional segments
Promote BESS solutions to increase market penetration
Channel Management
Appoint and develop recent dealers and distributors for inverter and battery products
Maintain solid relationships with existing channel partners
Ensure partner engagement, training, and profitability
Track dealer performance and support them in achieving targets
Market Development
Increase brand visibility and awareness in the assigned territory
Conduct product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns
Educate partners and customers on inverter and battery solutions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
Monitor outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit cycles
Minimize financial risk by adhering to company policies
