We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build strong relationships, conduct meetings with senior officials, vendors, and partners, and effectively represent the company in business discussions.
This role requires someone who can influence decisions, negotiate deals, and confidently present our services to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct business meetings with government officials, managers, and vendors.
Represent the company in presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
Identify current business opportunities and projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and requirements.
Travel to different cities for meetings, client visits, and project discussions.

Ability to handle high-level meetings professionally
Good presentation and networking skills
Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and business development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relations preferred
Experience dealing with government projects or the service industry is a plus
