Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have strong experience in recruitment management, team handling, and Pan India hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment and hiring processes
Handle Pan India hiring requirements across multiple locations
Lead and guide the HR recruitment team
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates




Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate with department managers regarding hiring requirements
Maintain recruitment reports, employee records, and HR documentation
Handle onboarding and employee coordination activities
Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and hiring targets

Requirements
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Recruitment
Experience in consultancy or Pan India hiring preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment strategies and HR operations
