Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Conduct employee induction and orientation.
Attendance & Payroll
Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
Process overtime and shift details.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
Coordinate salary processing and salary slips.
Maintain employee attendance through biometric/HRMS.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Welfare Fund, and Factory Act requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Coordinate labour inspections and audits.
Prepare statutory returns within due dates.
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances.
Maintain discipline and company policies.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.
Support performance management and annual appraisals.
HR Documentation
Maintain employee personal files.




Prepare confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, warning, and experience letters.
Maintain HRMIS and employee database.
Update organizational charts and manpower reports.
Training & Development
Coordinate induction and skill development programmes.
Maintain training records.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
Support competency matrix implementation.
Compliance & Audits
Maintain HR documents for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure HR SOPs and policies are updated.
Administration
Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen activities.
Maintain office assets and stationery.
Coordinate contractor and visitor management.
Support factory licence and other statutory renewals.

Pay: ₹12,645.09 - ₹30,000.00 per month
