Role & responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy Maintain 99%+ accuracy between physical stock and ERP records.
Stock Reconciliation – Identify and resolve stock variances through regular reconciliations.
ERP Transactions – Ensure all inward, outward, transfers, and adjustments are updated on time.
Physical Stock Audits – Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification as per schedule.
Inventory Movement Control – Monitor and record stock movement across warehouse, production, and stores.
Barcode & SKU Management – Ensure correct barcode tagging and SKU mapping for every item.
Returns Management – Process returned inventory after quality checks and update the system promptly. Dead & Slow-Moving Stock Control – Monitor ageing inventory and report slow-moving or non-moving stock.
Damage & Rejection Control – Maintain accurate records of damaged, rejected, and repairable inventory.
Documentation Compliance – Maintain accurate GRNs, issue slips, transfer notes, and stock adjustment records.
MIS Reporting – Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with management.
Loss Prevention – Minimize stock loss due to damage, pilferage, or process gaps.
Interdepartmental Coordination – Work closely with Production, Merchandising, Warehouse, QC, and Dispatch to ensure seamless inventory flow.
Month-End Inventory Closure – Complete stock reconciliation and support timely month-end inventory closing.
Continuous Improvement – Identify inventory process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be a graduate
Should have similar working experience
Positive knowledge in windows and ERP
