Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Turner with 5+ years of hands-on experience in operating conventional/manual lathe machines. The candidate should be capable of machining precision components as per engineering drawings while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate manual/conventional lathe machines to manufacture precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, knurling, and taper turning operations.
Set up workpieces, cutting tools, and machine parameters for production.
Measure finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality as per customer specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper machine cleanliness.
Identify and resolve machining issues to minimize production downtime.
Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.




Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of manual lathe machine operations.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of machining tolerances, cutting tools, feeds, and speeds.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
