As the organisation expands its engagement with government departments, PSUs, and public-sector training mandates, we are looking for a GeM Tender Executive to manage tender opportunities and support our government sales operations.

Role Summary

The GeM Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant government tenders, managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing documentation, coordinating bid submissions,



and ensuring timely compliance with GeM and other government procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms for relevant tenders and business opportunities.
Identify and evaluate tenders aligned with the organisation's services and capabilities.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial tender documents within specified deadlines.
Manage the end-to-end tender submission process, including bid preparation, EMD requirements, eligibility documents, and compliance documentation.
Maintain and update the GeM seller profile, service listings, and required documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management for timely bid preparation and submission.
Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Support participation in GeM bids, L1 prospects, and Reverse Auctions as required.
