Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance, and work with the engineering team to conduct root cause analysis on process faults to prevent their recurrence.
Effectively handling customer complaints, minimizing their occurrence, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Coordinate new projects, modifications, and completions on schedule without disrupting ongoing production and work on current product implementation.
Responsible for improving safety awareness, shaping secure behaviors, and reducing workplace incidents.
Responsible for plant and process safety, as well as maintaining operational health and housekeeping in production areas.
Experience / Skills
B.E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering
15 - 20 years of experience in Chemical / Petrochemical Industry
Knowledge in different modules of SAP
Excellent communication skills
Man Management

Effective leadership skills
