We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Executive to manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have robust negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in vendor management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source products and identify reliable suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Build and maintain robust supplier relationships.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost standards.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years experience in product sourcing and procurement.
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in sports goods, footwear, bags, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
