Virupaksha Controls and Automation Private Limited is a fast-growing solar EPC company specializing in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Industrial, Institutional, and Residential solar power projects across South India.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct technical site surveys for rooftop solar projects.
Prepare system layouts, SLDs, and BOQs.
Coordinate project execution from start to commissioning.
Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
Ensure quality, safety, and project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Support CEIG, TANGEDCO/TNEB, and statutory approval documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
2–5 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC projects.
Positive understanding of PV system design, string sizing,
and inverter selection.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu for project execution.
Robust communication and team management skills.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with C&I; solar projects.
Knowledge of CEIG, TANGEDCO, and net-metering procedures.
Experience in commissioning hybrid and on-grid solar systems.
