Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline) is mandatory.
MBA / Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management, International Business or Procurement will be an added advantage.

Position Summary

Sobha Limited is seeking an experienced Head – Global Sourcing to lead its international sourcing function for construction materials, products and technologies. The role will be responsible for identifying reliable global suppliers, sourcing high-quality materials at competitive prices, introducing cutting-edge products and technologies, and building strategic supplier partnerships that enhance quality, cost efficiency and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global sourcing strategy for construction materials and engineering products.
Identify,



evaluate and onboard international suppliers offering superior quality, competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
Conduct global market research to identify recent products, emerging technologies and innovative materials that improve construction quality, productivity and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain robust relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers and strategic partners.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, logistics and long-term supply agreements.
Benchmark international sourcing opportunities against domestic markets to achieve sustainable cost optimization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Projects, QA/QC and Contracts teams to evaluate and introduce new materials and technologies.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import procedures, quality standards and company procurement policies.
