Role & responsibilities :
Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, and network settings.
Administer LAN/WAN, VLAN, firewalls (Fortinet), and Sophos XDR security solutions.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure high system availability.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backup, and disaster recovery.
Provide SAP user support and end-user technical assistance.
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC services.
Ensure IT security compliance, documentation, and infrastructure upgrades

Preferred candidate profile:-
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Administration.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall, Sophos XDR, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Robust knowledge of network security, server administration, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
