PLMD India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organised Scrum Master Business Operations to join our Noida office.

PLMD Group is a full-service property investment firm operating across acquisition, planning, development, construction, finance, marketing, investor relations and estate management.

This is a cross-functional business operations role rather than a purely software-focused Scrum Master position. You will help improve coordination, accountability and delivery across our India and UK teams.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Maintain project boards, sprint backlogs and action trackers.
Ensure tasks have clear priorities, owners and deadlines.
Coordinate priorities and dependencies across departments.
Identify and help remove operational blockers.
Follow up on overdue and incomplete actions.
Improve communication between the India and UK teams.




Coach teams on Scrum, Agile and Kanban practices.
Prepare weekly progress, performance and risk reports.
Support process improvement and the creation of standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Positive knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid organisation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Microsoft Planner or similar tools.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
Experience working with UK or international stakeholders is desirable.
Scrum or Agile certification is preferred but not essential.
Must be available to work full-time from our Noida office.
