The L&D; Intern will support the Learning & Development team in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to employee training, engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing training programs and workshops
Coordinate with internal teams/trainers for scheduling sessions
Maintain training trackers, attendance, and feedback records
Support onboarding and induction programs for recent hires
Help create training materials (PPTs, documents, activities)
Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness
Assist in employee engagement activities and learning initiatives
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
