Dica An Deco Interiors is a growing interior design company specializing in residential and commercial interior solutions. We are looking for a agile, target-oriented Interior Sales Executive who can convert leads into satisfied customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, website, and digital marketing leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design discussions.
Coordinate with designers and project teams to prepare quotations and proposals.




Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into projects.
Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to project handover.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales closing ability.
Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
Customer-focused with solid relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, and interior materials.
Comfortable using MS Office, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
