We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer (Civil) with 4–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and assisting in timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and structural works.
Ensure work is executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship at the site.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site records, and work logs.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and contractor bill measurements.
Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization with minimum wastage.




Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
Identify site issues and report them to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager with practical solutions.
Attend site meetings and submit regular progress updates.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining quality standards.
