Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
Ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
Monitor daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
Improve operational processes for greater efficiency.

Team Supervision
Supervise office staff, trainers, and interns.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Support onboarding and training of current employees.




Foster a positive and productive work workplace.

Student & Client Management
Handle escalated student and client concerns professionally.
Ensure a high standard of customer service.
Coordinate counselling appointments and follow up on enquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with students, trainers, and corporate clients.

Business Support
Assist management in planning and implementing business initiatives.
Coordinate with the marketing team for admissions and promotional campaigns.
Track enquiries, admissions, and operational KPIs.
Support corporate partnerships and business development activities.

Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
Coordinate meetings and maintain operational records.
Ensure smooth office administration.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
