Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our matrimonial services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Guide clients through the profile registration process and explain membership plans.
Follow up with leads and convert them into paid members.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Coordinate with the matchmaking team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or the matrimonial industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
